What are the main systems of the coater: master coil conveying system, coating system, heating and drying system, cooling system;

1. Hot melt adhesive coating machine - master coil conveying system: adopt single station lifting unwinding mode, equipped with two 3-inch male key air expansion shafts, 5kg magnetic powder brake to control unwinding tension, and the whole frame adopts epc hydraulic automatic deviation correction and pneumatic film connection mechanism to ensure stable machine operation during unwinding and improve production efficiency.

2. Hot melt adhesive coater - coating system: it adopts the coating method of anilox coating (the combination of positive pressure and reverse erasing), and is equipped with 4 anilox rolls, glue plane control system, double-sided scraper, aluminum alloy pressing plate and transition roll. The movement type is rubber roller, demoulding and glue homogenizing. The air cylinder controls the up and down movement with limit protection. The air pressure can be adjusted and controlled by solenoid valve.

3. Hot melt adhesive coater -- heating and drying system: using electricity, hot air, steam, heat transfer oil and other heating methods. The inner and outer walls and air ducts are made of cold rolled plates; The nozzle is made of cold rolled sheet and white zinc plated. The interior is filled with 80mm ultra-fine glass wool, which can keep the temperature at 105-115 ℃ and ensure that the coating meets the process requirements.   

4. Hot melt adhesive coater -- cooling system: the cooling roller with hard chrome plating on the surface cools and shapes the adhesive tape, and is equipped with power roller with knurled Teflon anti adhesion coating on the surface, arc stretch roller made of NBR, transition roller made of aluminum alloy and epc hydraulic hole corrector to ensure neat and beautiful winding.
