Preface


 

         This coating production line is specially designed for self-adhesive tape production equipment, which can be coated with solvent and water-based adhesive, PE and substrate technology


         You can also produce other tapes, those that need release coating, or those that only need glue coating


         Fortunately, the crawler with bearing film (drying and cooling part) can produce protective film tape at most temperatures


        We can make the following brief description


       ·Unwinding


       ·The film is pretreated, heated by a heating device and cooled by a cooling roller


       ·Release coating cam coating


      ·Direct coating, solvent or water-based, and the solvent or water evaporates


      ·Cooling of coating film, water cooling or air cooling


     ·Central control to minimize the gap between equipment


    The equipment structure can start from the standard structure, and then be integrated or transformed. Other institutions or equipment can be added to increase or expand the protective film process


  This technology has only been used in recent years, and pneumatic and electrical components have been upgraded to ensure stable product quality and reduce maintenance and accessories
