1.1 describe

Ng210 is a fully automatic slitting machine for processing adhesive tape with new concept and design concept. The diameter of slitting reel is 3 ", and the maximum diameter of finished product can reach 210mm The minimum width of the tape is 9mm The main feature of this model of equipment is its broad and flexible processing methods, and can be compatible with long and short finished tape

The design and planning of the equipment can best meet the needs of high-speed production and high reliability. There is almost no maintenance for three consecutive shifts of production. It is suitable for all kinds of pressure-sensitive tapes, such as OPP, cloth tape and masking tape

The equipment adopts the new design, so that it takes the least time to switch from one model to another. The coil core blanking channel is very easy to clean, and it is also easy to take care of in case of coil core blockage. The slitting equipment has a perfect sorting device, and the coil core with non grid size cannot enter the material box

Ng210 has a programmable processor that can perform all control functions of the equipment, visualize product parameters and make the working interface graphical. The system can also store all the parameters of the product "formula", including equipment downtime, reasons and frequency

Main motor

18 KW AC motor with frequency converter

It provides power to the unwinding shaft and transmits power to all rollers of the slitting machine through the gear belt。

Roller running speed, clutch between rollers, belt guide and other devices are suitable for the processing of different belts

 1.1.2  2 rewinding stations

  The power is 2 7KW DC motors with torque adjustment and speed control. Good motor control can ensure good operation when using different shafts, and also ensure that the same tension is maintained when the master coil has coating problems

 1.4.6  Diffusion roller banana shaped anti-static rubber roller with flange support is located in front of the main roller at the entrance of the machine

2  All roller surfaces are knurled chrome plated, all surfaces in contact with glue are knurled chrome plated, and other rollers are smooth chrome plated

3 Automatic vertical placement device through the automatic device, the maximum finished product diameter that can be received from the slitter is 150mm, the roll is placed in the vertical position and fed to the two conveyor belts
